Privacy policy

AI Jobab is a service that businesses use to answer their customers on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, a chat link and their website. This policy explains what information the service handles, why, and the choices you have. It covers two groups of people: the businesses and team members who use AI Jobab (“businesses”), and the people who send messages to those businesses (“customers”).
Information we handle
- Business accounts: name, email address, a securely hashed password, organization and business details, team members and their roles.
- What businesses add: products and services, prices, offers, policies, documents, photos and other knowledge the AI uses to answer.
- Customer conversations: messages sent to a business, the name shown by Messenger or WhatsApp, and details a customer chooses to share, such as a phone number, address, budget or preferred time.
- Records created while helping customers: leads, order and booking requests, support tickets, follow-up reminders, and a log of what the AI looked up and decided for each reply.
- Technical data: sign-in sessions, security logs and error reports needed to keep the service working and safe.
How the information is used
- To reply to customers on behalf of the business, using only that business’s own information.
- To create order and booking requests, leads and tickets for the business’s team.
- To let the business’s team read conversations, reply and take over.
- To prevent abuse, keep the service secure and fix problems.
Information is not sold, and it is not used for advertising. Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business.
AI processing
To write replies, the relevant part of a conversation and the business’s information are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) under its commercial terms. Replies are checked against the business’s data before they are sent, and difficult conversations are handed to the business’s team.
Messenger and WhatsApp
When a business connects its Facebook Page or WhatsApp number, messages sent to it reach AI Employee through Meta’s platforms. We use them only to provide the service to that business. Meta’s own policies also apply to your use of Messenger and WhatsApp.
How long information is kept
Conversations and records stay available to the business until the business deletes them or closes its account. Technical records such as processed webhook events and expired sessions are deleted automatically. A business can erase all data about a customer at any time (see Data deletion).
Your choices
- Customers can stop automatic messages at any time by sending STOP (or “বন্ধ”), and turn them on again with START.
- Customers can ask the business they messaged to see, correct or delete their information.
- Businesses can correct or delete their data from their account at any time.
Security
Connections are encrypted. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, and access tokens for Messenger and WhatsApp are encrypted. Team members see only what their role allows.
Cookies and storage
The dashboard uses a cookie to keep you signed in. The chat on websites and the chat link remember the conversation in your browser so you can continue it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
Contact
Contact: use the contact details of the business you messaged, or the support address shown in your account.
